Cathy Beaman, Regional Developer Decor and You Cathy spent 20+ years building a successful executive career in mortgage banking. A little over two years ago, Cathy decided to bring her dream of owning her own business into reality. She joined the national interior decorating franchise Decor and You to become both a Decor Designer and a Regional Developer. As a Regional Developer, Cathy draws upon her Decor & You training, as well as her extensive business management experience, to find entrepreneurs who share the dream of owning their own business. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. |

Prior to joining The Entrepreneur's Source he spent 21 years in corporate management in all business disciplines. Ed also invested in 2 franchise businesses and served as president and managing partner in an independent management training and consulting firm. In 2002 Ed joined The Entrepreneur's Source to pursue his life's passions thru franchise ownership. Mr. De La Cerda has an extensive business background with an MBA and an Executive MBA. Mr. De La Cerda has been involved in the start-up of numerous companies and operates his own consulting firm. Mr. De La Cerda also serves as a Board Trustee for the Saugus Union School District and is the founder and VP of Education for the Santa Clarita Valley Chamber of Commerce Hispanic Business Committee. |
